/ticket

Can be used by everyone.

Opens a selection menu with all the server's subjects that, when clicked, will open a ticket under that subject. You can add two non-required parameters.

Parameters

  • subject Adding subject: after the slash command and choosing a subject, you can instantly open a ticket without the selection menu popping up.

  • user Adding user: and mentioning a specific user will open a ticket and make the mentioned user the ticket author.

/close

Can be used by everyone.

If you are in a ticket channel, this command will close the ticket and remove the channel.

Parameters

You can add three non-required parameter.

  • time after the slash command will set a timer before the ticket is closed. Examples of input could be 10m, 2h or 1d. If someone sends a message, this timer will cancel and you will have to run the command again.

  • reason: Will add a reason to why the ticket is closed. This is an optional parameter, however, some servers may require it. If a reason is required and not provided, you will be prompted to provide one in a modal.

  • force: Will prevent the ticket from closing if the ticket author sends a message after the timer has begun.

/claim

Can be used only by ticket moderators.

If you are in a ticket channel, sending this command will make you claim the ticket. When a ticket is claimed, only the claimant (as well as administrators) will be able to answer the ticket.

/unclaim

Can be used only by ticket moderators.

If you are in a ticket channel, sending this command will make you unclaim the ticket if it had already been claimed by you. When a ticket is unclaimed, all previous ticket moderators will be able to answer the ticket again.

/add

Can be used by everyone.

If you are in a ticket channel, this command will add a user to the ticket. Added users can read all the messages in the ticket, write messages, and will be able to see the ticket transcript on the dashboard.

You must add one required parameter.

Adding user: and mentioning a specific user will add the mentioned user to the ticket channel.

/remove

Can be used only by ticket moderators.

If you are in a ticket channel, this command will remove a user from the ticket channel. Only users that were previously added to the ticket can be removed. Neither the ticket author nor ticket moderators can be removed.

You must add one required parameter.

Adding user: and mentioning a specific user will remove the mentioned user from the ticket channel.

/subject

Can be used only by ticket moderators.

If you are in a ticket channel, this command will change the subject of the ticket. This will update the channel name and the subject present in the transcript on the dashboard.

You must add one required parameter.

Adding subject: after the slash command and choosing a subject will change the subject of the ticket.

Due to Discord channel rate limits, the channel name may take up to 10 minutes to update.

/rename

Can be used only by ticket moderators.

If you are in a ticket channel, this command will update the channel name.

You must add one required parameter.

Adding name: after the slash command and typing a channel name (without whitespaces) will update the channel name.

Due to Discord channel rate limits, this command can only be run once every 10 minuts.

/debug

Can be used only by server administrators

The debug command is only intended for debugging - primarily if you've been recommended to run it with a set of parameters by TicketBot developers.
