Permissions

You can configure permissions of ticket authors/creators, staff members and those who've claimed a ticket. Select any of the three groups, and you will be presented with a list of Discord permissions. Here, you can choose to either inherit the default settings from the server (the forward slash in the middle) or you can overwrite the default permissions and either disallow or allow certain permissions. Each of the permission nodes has a short description to let you know of its function.
