Categories
You have full control over where ticket channels are placed.
We require all tickets to be placed inside a category, and if no one is selected, we will create a new category for you.
However, you can always change this, and use an existing categories instead.
Ticket category
Once a new ticket is created, in which category should it appear in your Discord server? You can select an existing category from your server and once selected, all tickets (in this subject) will appear in this category.
Automatically move answered tickets
If you want to have TicketBot move tickets that have been answered to another category, you can do that. Turning on this option adds the option to select an answered ticket category.
Answered ticket category
Select an existing category from your server and tickets channels will be moved to this category once a staff member has answered the ticket - and moved back to the above ticket category once the ticket author replies to the ticket.
