Limitations

White/blacklisted roles

Limit who can create tickets of this subject by setting roles that are allowed or disallowed to create tickets. This setting has two modes: whitelist and blacklist.

  • Whitelist
    When the mode is set to whitelist, only users with one of the specified roles will be able to create tickets of this subject.

  • Blacklist
    When the mode is set to blacklist, users with one of the specified roles will not be able to create tickets of this subject.

Limit amount of tickets per user Premium

Limit how many ticket sof this subject a user can have open at the same time.
If a user tries to create a ticket when they already have the maximum amount of tickets open, they will be notified that they need to close one of their existing tickets before they can create a new one.

Limit amount of tickets of subject Premium

Limit how many tickets of this subject can be open at the same time. This limit is shared between all users, meaning that if the limit is reached, no one will be able to create a ticket of this subject until one of the existing tickets is closed.

Cooldown between tickets Premium

Set a cooldown on how often a user can create tickets.
This setting is a cross-subject cooldown.

It works by checking if the time since the last ticket created by the user is less than the cooldown time. If it is, the user will be notified that they need to wait before creating another ticket. This means that if this setting is different in multiple subjects, they may be able to create tickets in the subject with the lowest cooldown, but not in the others.

The bot has a minimal cooldown of 10 seconds, to prevent spam extrema spam.
Staff members are not affected by this setting, and can create tickets regardless of the cooldown.
