Mention ticket owner on reply Premium
When a staff member replies to a ticket, enabling this setting, TicketBot will silently mention the ticket author/creator - meaning it will mention the user and delete the mention message immediately after - to let them know, that the ticket is ready for further action.

Whenever a user replies to a ticket, and if the ticket is claimed by a ticket moderator, enabling this setting will sliently mention the ticket claimee - meaning it will mention the user and delete the mention message immediately after - to let them know, that the ticket is ready for further action.
