Delay ticket closing

Once the ticket is set to close - either by /close or by clicking the "close" button, notify ticket members that the ticket will close after X time instead of closing the ticket immediately.

If you enable this setting, the ticket author/creator will get a private message from the bot once their ticket is closed. You can customise this message and add/customise a button that links to their ticket transcript on the TicketBot Dashboard.

Add "Close now" button

This is a button that is added, when a ticket has a delayed closing. If this button is enabled, a user can click the button to immediately close the ticket, instead of waiting for the delay to expire.

Add "Cancel close" button

This is a button that is added, when a ticket has a delayed closing. If this button is enabled, a user can click the button to prevent the ticket from closing. If force close is enabled, the button will be disabled.

Automatically close tickets with no replies Premium

If a user does not reply in their ticket within a given time, you can have the bot automatically close the ticket. This setting has two values that can be set:

  • How much time should pass before, before the user gets notified that the ticket will be closed.
    Before the ticket is automatically closed, the user will be notified that the ticket will be closed in X time.

  • After the warn time has passed, how much time should pass before the ticket is closed. Once the user has been notified that the ticket will soon be closed, this time has to pass before the ticket is actually closed.

Close tickets on server leave Premium

If you wish tickets to automatically close, if the user leaves the server, you can enable this setting. If delay closing is enabled, the ticket will close after the delay has passed, if the user leaves the server.

Require close reason Premium

You can require users to provide a reason for closing their ticket. This will require a reason from both users and staff members when closing a ticket.
